I seems to stuck at 445 for mine.
What do you mean stuck? You can't proceed to the next turn?
There is no turn limit. If you're stuck, sommething is wrong. Try uploading the save game to something like dropbox.com and linking it here so they can take a look.

Zorbane - Yes, I could not proceed beyond turn 445, even when I have clicked END TURN.
I experienced something similar. The end turn button was grayed out as I was trying to press it. It turned out that I had an auto battle still going on somewhere and I had to move the screen to it and let it complete before I could end turn.
For some reason the auto battles can sometimes take a long time to complete so I do other things while I wait for them to finish.
I solved mine. I found an article 'stuck' in support. It seems that both our cases are the same. A transport boat on auto-explore got glitched. I just select all my unit one at a time and hit spacebar (END TURN) and it worked, now I on my 446 turn. Woohoo!!!
