Hello,
Just a few questions:
1) Will it ever be possible to arrange troops before battle? Now mages/archers can be spawned right in the front of the army.
2) Will it be possible to combine similar soldiers into teams (equalizing their experience)?
3) Will the campaign become alive? Now it's just a bunch of NPCs standing next to their 1-tile villages, some (mostly immobile) monsters and scripted locations
I was hoping for something like Civilization scenarios (FFH maybe). Yeah, it's hard to make a RPG from a strategy, but surely campaign milestones can be scripted (even it that means giving us only an illusion of a living world full of settlements and NPCs).
4) What are 1.05 changes to the caimpaign? Is it worth going throug it again? Is the "following the survivor" bug fixed (I was able to overcome it somehow, then teleported back to the village to regain HP, then I couldn't move any further again - false tracks eeeeverywhere)?
5) Will "champions" be stronger than normal troopers? Or at least equally strong? After gaining a few experience levels the difference is striking. Maybe champs should automatically gain HP at each level (just like in old good RPGs)?
6) Auto-resolve favors brutal strenght. If archers get to fire, they do it after melee...
7) Groups of troops don't deal much more damage than single soldiers (1 archer vs 8 archers).
