Unfortunately, no. 
I've bought it, there is a page speaking of the code for the extra campaign, but there is no code.
I really hope that SD will find a way to give also to us that content, our money are as good as those payed to buy the paper version. 
(I'm in Italy, so only digital version possible)
I realize that I've payed for the book and not for the extra campaign, but still I hope to receive it.
