Unfortunately, your answers are: doesn't exist that I've seen, no, I don't know. 
Once you know for sure that you've won, you can use the auto-resolve button that replaces the Kingdom Report button from the strategic map (on the left hand side of the bottom UI bar during tactical battles), but it just auto-finishes the battle, doesn't let you cut in anywhere.
