I downloaded directly through impulse for both computers. I did have the beta working on the same laptop and uninstalled before trying to load the retail version through impulse.

I travel alot as part of my job so I may not be able look this over for a few days (was trying to get it installed while I had access to a high speed internet connection. Will try when I get home at the end of the week.

I had a similar problem once and it turned out to be the antivirus protection that were interfering. I turned it off and the problem was gone.
