You'll want to choose the download archive option rather than the standard install. You can then install via the restore archive option, and copy the archive off to do the same elsewhere.
If you do not have internet access at home, you should use Impulse Anywhere to download instead.

I do have internet at home, of course! However, being at the arse-end of the trans-pacific cable means that download speeds aren't high and bandwidth isn't free. So no point in wasting both time and money downloading twice - unless it can not be helped.
