if you pre ordered from stardock you need to email sales@stardock.com and deal directly with a sales support staff to figure out whats wrong..
twohawks are you saying that as of this time if our card hasnt been charged we should contact sales?
Just trying to figure out your context and clarify it before their sales staff gets spammed hard.
I did receive an email receipt for my order but I havent received any news emails or anything, the only other thing I get from stardock is the "impulse buys" newsletter. Should I be sending them an email?
(obviously if we HAVE been charged but still have no product we should contact sales)
