Well having been a long time Stardock customer I pre-ordered Elemental standard version bout 4 months ago just to get into the beta. However having got my Starcraft 2 collectors’ edition box few weeks ago, i got more interested in getting the Elemental collectors’ edition also.

For most game retailers once you participate in the beta or just pre-order a game, you do not get a chance to cancel/refund the game or upgrade it to a higher version. So I zapped Stardock support a query and was informed that I could upgrade my normal order to a collectors’ edition (I did not know that this option existed at all).

I don't normally get this option from other companies and it is my first time so I thought I’ll make a Thank you post and inform others if they didn't know about upgrading.
