I haven't yet seen listed Elemental in UK. I have browsed amazon.co.uk or game or play.com but there is no way i can preorder Elemental because they don't list it.Is it just temporary or those e-shops won't sell the game?
Is there also any plan to release the Collector's edition in europe?

Nope, you're not wrong. Stardock traditionally is the only seller of their collector's edition, other stores just carry regular.
I think I saw the limited edition in amazon.co.ukcom a week ago... Didn't check out now, but it shuold be there.
Unfortunately, us europeans, have to import the game, with all the added costs.

Amazon.com doesn't sell the game outside USA.
I'm pretty sure Stardock ships outside the US, although I'm pretty sure you'll be paying a lot for shipping and such.
I'm almost positive that back around their respective releases I saw the Collecters Editions of Sins and Demigod in my local Target. But that's still in the US, I wouldn't know if they did that elsewhere. Buying direct from Stardock is probably your best option if you're out of the US.
Kryo mentioned a while ago that "any international retail availability for collector's editions (and their contents) would be up to whatever international publishers Stardock signed".

Which raises the question - could anyone provide us with an update on this matter? As tempted as I am to order the Limited Edition directly from Stardock, the shipping costs are... less than ideal to say the least.
An update would be welcome.
I've already pre-ordered mine, but I'm sure most people aren't crazy enough like me to pay the shipping costs AND customs taxes.
