-When will the next beta start?
We don't have an estimate yet, but probably not for a few weeks. We're currently on 2A, with 2B coming up, and 3 after that which is when you'll be able to get in.
-Once it does, where and how do i download the game? (I'm new to this digital purchase), I'm a bit paranoid that i will not be able to download it correctly (Had previous bad experiences with online purchases in Amazon...)
You'll get another email saying your purchase is complete, and it will contain a serial number for the game. When you get that email, you can log on Impulse and if you've enabled "Show pre-release versions" in the main menu dropdown in the top left of Impulse, Elemental will show up in the My Games tab as Available, and when you select the game it'll have an install button.
That's it. You generally don't have to manually register the game, the process is automatic when the preorder is processed, but it's still worth noting that the email will contain the serial if you need it for something.
