I discovered the technology that should allow me to build a barracks, but I don't see it in the list of available buildings. ::Confused::
Also, I cannot build a Granary, even though I seem to have the required resources. Can anyone help?
Granaries seem to require a farm already built, though it does not say that. I seem unable to use them, even in cities with 12 gardens.
Many of the tech descriptions seem inaccurate. The barracks could be one.
