If you are new to the beta, make sure you have the 'Show pre-release versions' in Impulse turned on, or Elemental will not show up:

Total size looks like 0.99 GB (though I thought it said it was bigger before I started downloading).  I don't know how big it is if you already had 1Z, though; I had been holding off installing when I got my computer back because I knew Beta 2 was soon.

 

EDIT: ah, ninja posts; I guess it's 378.84mb, then

If I remember correctly, even though we haven't been seeing it, some content was already present, but disabled.  So the new stuff doesn't need all that much space.

 

'Course I'm just guessing - I could be way wrong.

don't know if you can preorder with pay-pal. i read on the forum they had some issues with pay-pal, but don't take my word for it

So everyone knows, I'm currently working on the last of the pre-order charges in the current batch.  Once that's done, the game will go on "live pre-order" which will let paypal users order the game and get immediate access to the beta.  We usually leave our games in this "live pre-order" state for a week or two.
