Yep..even tho I didn't bought Spore, but if this will be possible, I will buy it.

You actually don't need to buy Spore to get the Creature Creator (and NO I don't mean Pirate it). They gave out the Creature Creator for free a good while before the game came out. It was so people would be able to create their creatures ahead of time and it showed off what the creator could do. It was a Demo pretty much. You can probably still get it off the Spore site somewhere.
I'm actually Very Interested to know if this will work. I've made some really awesome things my-self for Spore. 3D modeling and animation isn't one of my strong points. Skins, Textures, no problem. Scripting in XML, no problem. Understanding Python, got the basics. I'm screwed on modeling though.
I do have all the necessary software though. I've got a registered version of 3DsMax, Maya, Dreamweaver, and a couple other lesser known programs. My copy of 3DsMax is a few years old now and I might have to renew the license but I'm sure it'll still work. If we can import the models and animations from Spore though it would be way easier for me as that's just a batch conversion.
