Just pre-purchased Elemental and was wondering why it doesn't show up now in "My Games"? With Gal Civ 2 you could purchase it and immediately download whatever version was available at that time during it's development if memory serves me. Can you NOT do that with Elemental?
have you gone into settings and chosen to show betaversions in your game list?
Enrollment in the beta is closed right now, so Elemental has not yet been added to your registrations. When the beta opens again your account will be charged and the registration added. Please make sure that you have "Show Pre-Release Versions" selected in Impulse under the blue menu button so that you can see it when it's added.
Don't worry, this is really a blessing. The next phase will be better, it's kind of the nature of the beast. Just check your credit card expiration now b/c you tend to be billed closer to the beta release.
