Have you been able to install and play other games?
Do you even know where to look? If not, try looking for a tab called "My Games" (look near the top of the window). Open it (click it). You should have a list of games that you can install (assuming you have them). From there, right click a title and select install.
If that doesn't work, then send an e-mail to stardock support and they'll get back to you in a few days time.
