Sins Entrenchment Upgrade Issues

I'm having issues trying to upgrade to Entrenchment. Both sins and entrenchment show in impulse but only entrenchment shows registered. Everytime I try to register Sins it says the code is not valid. I've tried entering the code at least 20 times. Any way around this?

I am having a similar issue, I purchased the Entrenchment expansion and it shows that I need a 13.01 MB update. When I click to update it gives me one of two errors: Expected file size "smaller" / "larger" than expected.

So it won't update, I submitted a trouble ticket to support.. hopefully I don't have to re-install my game

kith101: This happens a lot when you purchase one game using one email address, and the other with a different email address, often times PayPal is involved. If this is your case, you can merge the two accounts together here: https://www.stardock.com/support/registrations/

deslocc124: This is often times caused by antivirus software getting in the way of the download. Try adding exceptions or temporarily disabling your security software and see if the issues persist.
