3D Game Engine Question

I'm just curious what 3D game engine is being used for this title.  Is this something that was developed in-house or licensed from a 3rd party?

It looks great so far, kinda reminds me of Kohan Immortal Sovereigns (that game ruled!).

It was developed in-house, it's a continuation of the engine that was developed for the unreleased/unfinished game Society.

It's called Kumquat3D. We get to see it in beta 3.

KAG was awesome!  i am still hopeful that timegate will one day announce that they are making a sequel worthy of it (unlike the horrible KOW).
