When I try to install Elemental I get this error:

I downloaded it in its entirety twice, so I'm reasonably sure it's not a network error.  I'm on good bandwidth, too.

Relevant(?) OS details:

A nearly new Win7 RTM install, not a ton of stuff added yet.  Steam, TF2, Red Faction:Guerilla, Anno 1701, and a couple of Dawn of War games. Impulse is freshly installed, and this is the first game I'm attempting to add.

I've changed Win7 defaults in one way: I'm running true UAC, with a user account at User level, like with Vista.  The installer correctly prompts me for my Administrator password.

Hardware:  Core i7 920, 12 gigs, ASUS P6T, Intel SSD with plenty of space.  GTX 295 with the latest released Win7 drivers.  Onboard Realtek sound, ASUS Xonar card inactive because of no Win7 RTM driver yet.

It seems to require a full download for every attempt.  I can do further testing easily if you want it; I pull about 2.5 megabytes a second from you guys, so each try really doesn't take long, if you don't mind burning the bandwidth.
