Jagged mountains and cliffs?

Im hoping that the final version of the game wont have just the rolling hills type mountains, right now it looks very good all in all, but rivers coming from glaziers stuck between jagged mountain ranges would make it superb : )

None of the mountains I have seen look jagged however.

Well the jagged rocks on the media page looks to me like it will be expanded on.

massive mountain ranges are also very important in a strategical view..

also i would think that clean glazier water would be a good resource to have, or perhaps like most other games this is a given,

i hope not

I agree. Water should definitely be a commodity..... soooo many options. I imagine that a channeler could magically purify water w/ minimal effort, but I'd like it better with more complexity & depth.

I saw some pretty sexy rockformations which were more like Volcanic necks and ignious extrusions (where a vent or layer of ignious rock is surrounded by sedimentry or other easily eroded rock, which is removed leaving a creey looking spiky rock formation sticking out of the ground)  Some of which I think was put on the top of a mountain.   So I suspect that when mountains become decorated enough in this game not to just be raised highmap piece, it will look really awesome.
