I'm having trouble casting penitance on my opponent when I am fleeing him and he is chasing me. If I'm running away and then cast Penitance back at him on the run, my hero just stops and does nothing.

2) Some people are getting massive favor points values. Obviously way better than not working at so those of you who are getting it enjoy it while you can and I hope I don’t get into any games with you. Should be relatively easy to fix on Monday.

I've definately noticed the massive favor point influx, however, i have noticed that, despite getting all my old "lost" favor items back, i can't keep any new bougth ones.  For example, I bought the Symbol of Purity before, and then in the next game it was gone.  However, i was still charged the favor for the item.

Was just about to say the same thing.  Needed to be fixed and it is.  People shouldn't be negative and pessimeistic when they are ignorant on a situation.

Edit:  See that some people are still having the problem.  I currently haven't had the problem at all since the beta ptch, but I have only playedf 4 or 5 games as regulus.

I apologize if this was previously addressed, but are the frequent Fatal Error and Unhandled Exception crashes related to connectivity issues? If so, I assume the latest update which will fix the majority of connection errors will also solve these crashes?

I am generally able to join games and connect to all players quickly and painlessly. My only troubles are when I get computer-freezing crashes described above, usually when attempting to connect to a game or as a game is beginning.

finaly the end of beta i was getting really sad about it already connections work a charm in beta but you end up looking for a game for 2h+.

Please fix that attack/ability/stuck demigod bug, that it's still in the latest beta patch. This is what i would call a critical gameplay bug. I'm surprised that Frogboy didn't know about it and thought it's fixed in the beta, as they are numerous posts and threads saying that it's not fixed. I don't want to be rude, but is Frogboy the only one who is keeping an eye on this forums and transmits all the forum feedback to GPG?

I've had it happen with sedna heal, and QoT bramble shield. I've also had an issue with summoning spells where the casting animation goes off, but nothing gets summoned, no cooldown is highlighted, etc. I've also had move/attack commands fail, but that could just be lost UDP packets.

edit: Meant bramble shield, not thorns.

Heal is bad for me particularly, I can usually fix it by moving a bit first, but it will often fail, often several times in a row...and usually someone ends up dead. hmm, I've been playing exclusively sedna for a while now, which is sort of why I asked.

This, once connectivity issues are working acceptably.

does this include the forced stopping when using instant items such as wand of speed?

i only see it once every couple of games.

I can second this.  I have still gotten the "I can't do that until u tell me to move first" bug quite a few times with the beta. 

Last I checked, wand of speed still causes you to stop.  That should also be fixed.
