Kimberly Ann DeWitt, 36, of Pleasantville, entered into eternal life Sunday, Nov. 7, 2004, at Fairfield Medical Center.
Kimberly was born Nov. 17, 1967, in Columbus to Gary and Roxie Dean Taylor.
She was the editor and publisher of the The Goat Magazine, was a big Blue Jacket fan, a supporter of the local hockey leagues, and a hockey player of BTNHL Crew. Kimberly received a lot of love and support from them.
She is survived by her husband, Matthew DeWitt of the home; sons, Ty Matthew DeWitt and Shayne Thomas DeWitt of the home; her parents; mother-in-law, H. Patricia DeWitt; brothers-in-law, Jude DeWitt and Eric (Betsy) DeWitt; two nieces; and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Richard DeWitt; and grandparents, Mary Virginia Dean and Thomas (Ted) Dean.
This isn't a very good thing. But what can I say. Death is never good for anyone. Kimberly was a good friend of mine. She was the supervisor of the goat barn at the fair. She taught me tons of things about showing goats. I greatly appreciated it too. Not too long ago I was sending thank you cards out to her for sponsering some of the trophies and rosettes that i won that she had sponsored. I hope she got them. She has no idea how much I wanted to thank her. Words can not even begin to discribe it. I guess it was her time to leave this world though. God thought it was better for her to be with him. I'm going to pray for her and her family tonight.
