Where is the rest of Ironclad?

So there are 11 people working at Ironclad, right? (Maybe it was 9, can't remember) But where are all of them? Blair seems to be on the forums all of the time, Craig shows up every now and then, and I think I've seen one other Ironclad employee post something, but that's it. Are they posting, but don't have anything to identify themselves as IC, or do they not post on the forums at all?

How are we supposed to thank all of you for such an amazing game if we never see all of you?

They read the forums regularly but everyone is very busy on the new games. Posting here is part of my daily job.

The peons are banned from posting as they are working. The boss gets to surf the web all day. Duh. Its just like any other company!!!!

How immature are you... Bosses don't usually surf the web all day...they are in meeting, and getting new business ideas going and seeing that the company is running smothly, and probably does most of the hiring especially in companies such as ironclad. And even if they don't do anything, they are probably on the golf course doing business...

Well in Blair's case, he also does his share of being a codemonkey

psugar used to post a good deal, mainly modding/galaxy forge related stuff. Steve posts once in a while, usually in response to tech issues/bug reports. Blair and Craig, of course. Josie posted once semi-recently after PAX, I believe.

If you want to lure out psugar, post about how great the game's music is since he wrote it

A good boss can make sure his/her area is running smoothly, achieving goals and still have 1/2 their day to post on the forums

A good boss is someone who goes to china and gets the work done for half the price and thus just sits in his office while he w8 for the delivered result!
