new to the game and need some help . I'm always surrounded by artic and volcanic planets , when i hover over them it says i need 'atic/volcanic occupation researched' , but i can't for the live of me find how or were i do this .
In your Civilian/Harmony/Empire Research Tree, find the appropriate subject (planet with green flag on it). Both are Tier 2 technologies and therefore require two civic labs to be constructed in order to be researched.
