Question... how can we upload avatars and pictures under the My Account/Images section? Well I know how, BUT the problem is that it says "Upload has not initialized properly. Flash v9.0.28 or greater is required." yet the latest version of flash available on the Adobe website is 9.0.124....

I know there is a beta version 10 for IE but some of us use Linux or only Firefox for the websurfing (as a PC tech and working for an ISP, I have seen what using IE only can do to a computer).
