website email change - Admins

I checked the FAQs, I looked for a "Contact us" link, I looked through the forums and nowhere does it give me an answer so I am posting here....

 

How do I change my account/contact email? The address currently listed is no longer valid and would like to update it.

I tried there, it is not a changable option... shows username, and user email but no option to change it... everything else is like real name, address and so on but no way to change current email address.

You can change password or username but not the email...

I would guess you'd need to contact support@stardock.com for that, since the serials for your registered products are tied to your account, which is centered around your e-mail rather than your user name.

Odd, it used to be--in that case, please contact support@stardock.com and they should be able to help.

thank you... I also tried updating my registration via Impulse and it gives me a "email address not valid" if I try to change it there...
