Yeah Multianna... I mean the bitchiest thread that has existed was the Vasari Underpowered one... the concept of which was valid but it quickly became a fight due to personalities. Which means it has nothing to do with the ideas involved.

Lets take a look here... we've got a discussion on the infinite economy... a HUGE change to the game... and no one is insulting anyone.

We've got a topic on sound editing, one on invisible unit troubles, and one for observers in replay, and one on the AI combat that claims to be both positive and negative.

So what exactly is wrong here other than your topic whining that we should stop talking?

This is Beta... which means for once complaining about game problems such as unit pathing, AI, and balance are ....

play games, listen to IRC or watch replay's and hear ppl complain, not that speaking about bugs is bad, oh no no. But complaining about the same stuff over and over again, when they already know it will be fixed, can be abit erm i dunno what to call it.

it wasn't to someone specific just in general, so maybe this is why its bugging you so much? im just saying it from what i see and hear. As i play alot of games, watch forum, replays, IRC

No it really doesn't bug me, or at least I don't think you are talking about me. Thats really not my interest here, lord knows I post enough that you could be, but its not like your being insulting or anything.

No I'm trying to get you to back up your point with you know... like evidence or an argument that is based on more than just your feelings. I'm sure its based on observations, but saying 'I observed this conclusion' is alot less convincing than 'I observed X Y and Z which leads me to this conclusion.'

But hey if your not interested there really isn't much I can do about that

PS: Also you must be observing allot more of it in IRC, I'm just seeing that I don't see much of that sort here on the forum right now. And wouldn't it be more apropriate to tell people in IRC not to whine on an individual basis? Meh I suppose maybe not...

Yarlen understood what i was saying it really gets tiring and repetitive when you eg playing a game or listening to IRC where the same ppl keeps complaining about the same thing over and over again

yes these will be fixed but the devs need to know about them to fix them.

Multi- well I guess I see better what you meant, if your bothered by the same complaints over and over. (like the aforementioned phase space thingy or say diplomacy being a bit lacking)

But its a little arrogant to claim something and tell people to stop whining if your not prepared to back yourself up... even if it is funny. If your telling people to do something... anything, its a command, which people shouldn't blindly listen to without reasons to compel them.
