If you cound our ally's down south planet, then yes 2, although the attacking fleet was beat and none of the ally's structures were destroyed

Please. The pirates did no permanent damage and trying to chase after them would've delayed wiping you off the map. 200hp or no, it survived and in the next 2 minutes would've been at full health.
