How to get into BEAT?? Please help!!!

HI all. I am really interested in this game, however being that it will be my first venture into this type of game (space wise atleast) I just want to know how can i get into a beta without having to Pre-order in advance, incase I dont feel like it is my type of game. (although why would i be here if I felt that way lol). someone please help me out? thanks in advance. Have a great day

You can't, sorry. You need to preorder to get into the beta.

yeah you have to pre-order, but you can take a look at theys gameplay videos, so you can get a look before buying

also, unless you buy with tokens from TGN, you wont be able to get into the beta until beta 3 (second week of septemberish)

For the best idea of gameplay, check out multianna's BETA 2 videos (there are 11 of them) on gametrailers.com. There are also some older beta 1 videos there and on youtube. Keep in mind those videos are quite out of date and things haven improved a lot since those days. 

I also recommend reading the official forums (try reading any thread for examples of criticism, try reading https://forums.sinsofasolarempire.com/?forumid=440&aid=155866#1271274 for a summary of good stuff),  reading the interviews and previews at places like gamespot.com, 1up.com, and ign.com and searching various neutral forums. There is tons of material out there on how people are liking Sins and how it plays.

If all that doesn't convince you, I would wait until it's released and read the reviews.

There have also been previews in PC Gamer and Games for Windows, with many more to come. You should hearing about SINS non-stop as we approach release. I encourage you to read the independent reviews. If you want a say in how the game is made, now is the time to help us out, otherwise we'll see you after February.

I keep trying to have a voice but I'm told to wait for Beta 3.
