Hmm, if you still have trouble after reinstalling (and making sure you have the latest video drivers), please send the following to support@ironcladgames.com :
+ Your minidump file (located in C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\Minidump in WinXP)
+ Your dxdiag report (Run -> Type dxdiag and click OK).
