¤ Telekinetic - Used by a Carrier, it has is a number of different telekinetic operators, or abilities. One of its key abilities, to defend fighters and bombers and other stuff, is a
telekinetic push. When it activates this [ability], everything within a certain radius is literally thrown away from the ship and basically stranded out in space for a bit until they can regain their bearings. There are a number of different uses for that [the telekinetic push], depending on what you're trying to accomplish. Info link
¤ Psychic Aura - Is used onto the planet, and it causes everyone on the planet to riot and kill each other, destroy structures Info link
¤ Mind Control - Used to control enemy ships for short period of time. Cannot be used on Capital ships Info link

¤ Phase gates - Used by a ship called the Marauder. This ship has its own portable phase gate, so you can jump it into a target area, activate the portable phase gate, and bring in all the other ships, bypassing any potential bottlenecks, defenses and whatnot. Info link
¤ Mobile City's - Used to harvest a planets resources from space, and for population Info link
¤ Alter Phase Signature - Used by the JiTirska Scout ship. Sends false phase jump signatures to a target planet to mislead hostile players into believing that your capital ships are en route. Can alternatively be used on friendly capital ships to mask their phase jump signature, preventing them from being detected in transit by sensors at the destination planet. Info link
