Enjoying a 7-11 slurpee on 7-11

I got a slurpee from 7-11 today on the house...in honor of their "birthday". According to the cup, they've been around almost 80 years...wow. So maybe I shouldn't be too excited about this...only 7.11 ounces of the sweet slush was offered....but ahhhh...hits the spot on such a hot day.

Maybe you can stop by and get yours, too.

I've never really been a slurpee girl. Though now that I'm thinking of it, I don't think we have any 7-11's in my town anyway. Enjoy your treat.

I actually don't have them very much...usually just during the hot months here. I really do prefer the white cherry slushies from Target, but these are pretty good, too.

I think it's these nice little things that make our days go so much smoother

There isn't a 7-11 around here,  not for about 50 miles!! 

I'll toast you though with my cup of French Vanilla cocoa!

I'm sure most slurpee lovers are kids... I just have such a bad sweet tooth.

I missed it yesterday even though my co-worker mentioned it and then my teenager who wanted to stop by. But we were in a hurry and it was late and I just went straight home. Those slurpees are good especially on a hot, hot day and you're parched, always hits the spot!
